Requirement Criteria of CTI Jobs 2024 Rawalpindi 2024:

Education:

• BS, MPhil, MS, PhD, MA, MSc, Bachelor’s, Master’s  degree qualification.

Experience:

• Relevant experience.

• Overall Punjab

Hiring Approval:

• The Provincial Cabinet has approved the hiring of 7354 College Teaching Interns (CTIs) for a 6-month period (November 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025) to address the shortage of teaching staff in Punjab colleges.
• This includes 5% for minority and 3% for disabled quota.

Terms and Conditions for CTIs:

For BS Colleges:

• MS/M.Phil/Ph.D.

For All Other Colleges (including Community Colleges):

• Master’s Degree/BS (FYDP) with at least 2nd Division in the relevant subject.

Marks Distribution:

• Total Marks: 100

Stipend:

• Rs. 50,000/- per month.

Placement Period:

• Duration of five months
