Capability Criteria for NFC Multan Jobs 2025:
- Professor:
- As per HEC criteria.
- Master
- Associate Professor:
- As per HEC criteria.
- Candidates should meet the educational and professional qualifications for the relevant subject.
- Assistant Professor:
- As per HEC criteria.
- Master’s degree
- Teaching experience and research publications may be required.
- Lecturer:
- Master’s degree or higher in the relevant field with at least 2nd Division (C Grade) from an HEC recognized institution.
- Some positions may require specific subject knowledge and experience.
- Lab Engineer:
- BS/DAE/B.Tech/BS Technology in the relevant field with at least 2nd division and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer software knowledge is preferred.
- Teaching Assistant (Software):
- Must hold the required qualifications and experience in software and architecture design.
- Network Administrator (IT Section):
- BS
- At least 4 years of working experience in IT, including LAN/WAN, Switching & Routing, AD, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and CPANEL server configuration and administration under Linux/Windows.
- Age: 30-40
- Programmer / Web Developer:
- Qualification: Master’s degree
- Experience: 4 years
- Age: 30-40
- Security/Admin Supervisor:
- Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) with a good service record, knowledge of weapon handling, and a healthy physique.
- Preferably with experience in security companies post-retirement.
- Age: 45-50 years.
- Lab Assistant:
- F.Sc./DAE/B.Tech/BS Technology in relevant technology with at least 2nd Division and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer software knowledge is preferred.
- Accounts Assistant:
- MBA/BBA, MSc or B.Com
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts.
- Age: 25-40
- Driver:
- Matric
- A valid PSV & HTV driving license is required.
- Age: 20-40 years.
