Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), under the Ministry of Energy, is offering a paid internship program for the fiscal year 2025–26. HESCO operates in 13 districts of Southern Sindh (excluding Karachi) with over 10,000 employees. This internship targets fresh graduates and early-career professionals in various technical and business fields.

The internship will initially last for 6 months, extendable up to 2 years based on performance and company needs. Interns will receive a monthly stipend of PKR 40,000 with a 20% increment on each extension. No employment guarantee is associated with this internship, and government employees are ineligible.
