NBP Jobs 2025 Position Details:

Officer – SBP Coordination (OG-II / OG-I):

• Reporting to: Wing Head SBP Coordination.
• Qualification: Minimum Graduation; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2 to 3  years
• Skills: MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and regulatory knowledge.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Liaison with SBP and internal stakeholders.
• Data analysis and compliance with SBP requirements.
• Maintain MIS for coordination and escalate issues as needed.

 Officer – Compliance Risk Management (OG-II / OG-I):

• Reporting is to: ‘Department Head’ – Compliance Risk Management.
• Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree required
• Experience: 3 years of banking experience, with 1 year in Compliance, Data Analytics, or Control functions.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and local regulatory requirements.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare compliance control sheets and risk reports.
• Track regulatory implementation and maintain MIS.
• Analyze compliance data and update regulatory repositories.
